1. General Provisions and Eligibility

By using the hibj website and all associated services (collectively the "Platform"), you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms form a binding legal agreement between you and hibj.

This document may be revised from time to time. The latest effective version will always be available on this page. We recommend reading it again before each visit.

Prerequisites for using the hibj platform are —

2. Account Registration and User Responsibilities

2.1 Information Provided at Registration

To open an account at hibj, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and any balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, or device, or operating an account on behalf of another person, is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed.

2.3 Account Security

Keep your account login details completely confidential. Sharing your password with a third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify hibj support immediately. hibj will not be responsible for misuse of your account or actions by unauthorized third parties.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

hibj may request identity verification documents at any time before a withdrawal or after certain thresholds are crossed. This may include a national ID card, passport, or other acceptable government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3. Age Restrictions and Eligibility

hibj services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. Registration or use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

By registering, you confirm that —

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are legally eligible to participate in online gaming activities.
• Using hibj services is not illegal or prohibited in your current location or circumstances.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at hibj is ৳300 per method. Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

Provide accurate transaction details when making a deposit. hibj will not be responsible for delayed or failed transactions due to incorrect information.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may increase if identity verification or a security review is required.

Withdrawal conditions —

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• The name on the payment method must match the name on the account.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until active bonus wagering requirements are met.
• hibj may request additional verification for any unusual transaction.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on hibj are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Conversion charges may apply for deposits made in other currencies.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

hibj offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳10,000. For example — deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus requires 25x wagering, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period; expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
• If misuse or fraud is found in relation to bonus benefits, the relevant bonus and any earnings will be forfeited.
• hibj reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• It may not be possible to activate another bonus while one is already active.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on the hibj platform operate on fair and transparent technology. Honest, ethical, and responsible conduct is expected from every player.

6.1 Technical Errors

If a result is incomplete or incorrect due to a software error, network outage, or technical issue, hibj reserves the right to refund the bet amount. No payout based on a faulty result will be considered valid.

6.2 Betting Limits

hibj reserves the right to set betting limits on specific games or events. If a user places bets in unusual amounts or unusual patterns, hibj may cancel or restrict those bets.

6.3 Sports Betting

All markets in the sports section are for illustration purposes — no specific schedules, live results, or odds are guaranteed. hibj may suspend or cancel the market for any event.

7. Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hibj platform —

• Operating multiple accounts or using an account on behalf of someone else.
• Bonus fraud or misuse of bonuses.
• Any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or errors.
• Impersonating hibj staff or providing a fraudulent identity.
• Playing using automated bots or scripts.
• Harassing or disrespectful conduct toward other users.

For any of the above violations, hibj reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account and may forfeit any balance.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

hibj never stores your password or full payment details. Your data is not sold or transferred to any third party, except where disclosure is required to meet legal obligations.

9. Limitation of Liability

hibj does not accept liability for —

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical errors by third parties.
• Loss caused by user negligence or unauthorized access to an account by a third party.
• Missed bets or transactions due to unexpected service interruption.
• Legal complications related to online gaming in the user's jurisdiction.

The hibj platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. No guarantee is given that any service will run without interruption.

10. Changes to Terms and Termination

10.1 Right to Make Changes

hibj reserves the right to change these terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any change means you have agreed to the new terms.

10.2 Account Termination

A user may request closure of their account at any time. Before the account is closed, any active bonuses will be cancelled and the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance will be provided.

hibj may suspend or close an account for the following reasons —

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Suspicion or evidence of fraud.
• Account inactive for an extended period.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.
